1. Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding orders, product details, and shipping policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Assist in managing customer reviews and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

2. Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, search engines).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials.
  • Manage content creation for social media platforms.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to help shape marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

3. Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock organization.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with receiving and storing shipments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

4. Web Developer

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to enhance the website’s design and functionality.

  • Proven experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
